At Yunotrexa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your drone purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process in compliance with USA consumer protection laws and Google Merchant Center policies.
🔄 1. Returns Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all accessories/manuals included.
Return requests will not be accepted if the drone shows signs of damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may be subject to different terms (clearly mentioned at the time of purchase).
💵 2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Stripe) within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
🚚 3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In case of defective or incorrect products, Yunotrexa will provide a prepaid return label.
⚙️ 4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
🛠️ 5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your drone arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
